STAR PACKAGE

Logo Suite: $1100


Ideation of 2 mood board directions based on event theme, narrowing to one for the logo development phase.

Development of 2 logo concepts. Includes 1 round of revisions.

Final hero logo design: 1 logo of either name or initials

Alternate Logo Variations: 3 additional versions of logo inclusive of full name or abbreviated initials (whichever is not the hero version), party theme statement, and version including date of event.

Output final logos as both vector/EPS and PNG or JPEG formats.

Star Package PLUS:

Creation of 6-8 unique visual slides inspired by event theme and final logo package to be used in a dynamic animation video.

1 animation video to be featured at the event (approx 1 min duration, no sound). Incorporates the custom logo assets and royalty-free stock videos. Includes 1 round of revisions.

Output final logos and final animation video for both print and digital usage.

VIP PACKAGE

Logo Suite, Animation Video, & Lifetime Keepsake Video: $3400

Spotlight Package PLUS:

1 keepsake video of provided photos and/or videos to be featured at the event with accompanying music. Approx 5-7 min duration. Includes 1 round of revisions.

Output final logos and both final videos for print and digital usage.

Optional add-ons:
Half day video shoot & editing: +$400
Full day video shoot & editing: +$750

APPROXIMATE TIMING

Logo suite: 3-4 weeks

Animation video: 3 weeks

Lifetime keepsake video: 2 weeks

These deliverables may overlap in timing, but the logo portion must be approved prior to starting the animation video.

CONSIDERATIONS

Rush timing fee: If the process needs to be completed in under 3 weeks total, a 20% additional fee of the total costs will be added.

If the phases/revisions extend beyond proposal, or if deliverables exceed the provided estimate, additional costs may incur and will be discussed as needed.

Event coordinator will be responsible for ordering apparel or other printed materials, unless discussed upon project initiation.
If additional project management services are needed, additional costs may incur.

Client will be billed for the total amount upon project completion and payment due net 30 days.
